Detailed Design, Interior Design & Space Planning, Site Supervision, of a 20,000 m2 'Open Plan' Admin Building set around a Central Courtyard in a site of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Complex includes Leisure & Sports facilities, Restaurants, Computer Suites, Repro Areas, Banks, Medical Centre, Executive Suites, Media Suite, and Conference facilities. The Staff Pool is employed as a 'Heat Sink' for heat reclaimed from internal sources and lighting via roof mounted heat pumps. Construction Cost $22,500,000.00. Winner of various architectural, environmental, and office planning awards.

Concept design through to site supervision of both new build extensions and remodelled space of an existing Multi-Storey Shopping Centre set within the Town Centre Conservation Area, together with full mall revamp introducing new image Graphics, New Entrances, Roof glazing, and Café Areas. Construction cost $13,500,000.00. Phase 1 Completed November 2002. Phase 2 Planning and Conservation Area consents achieved Sept 2005.

Green Oaks Town Centre Development, Widnes, Cheshire.

Concept Design, including Planning Approval and Public Enquiry submissions for a roof glazed shopping mall, foodstore, and 20 retail units. Also the detailed design of a 5,400 m2 200 Stall Markets Complex and 70 Stall Open Market, together with a 2000 space car park and bus station. Completed by Design/Construct Contractor and completed October 1998.

Detailed Design, including all Interior, Shop fit, and Graphic Design for an Offices and Specialist Retailing 'Glazed Street' concept, taking an historic theme, including the incorporation and remodeling of various Grade 2 Listed Buildings and the Construction of 16 two storey new build units and Restaurant on a steeply sloping site set within the Town Centre Conservation Area. Construction Cost of $5,500,000. Completed February 2003.
